Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As a Customer Service Associate at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise.
The Global Customer Experience Expert is responsible for providing a complete order process and customer service facility to all customers. This includes resolving customer complaints promptly and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders according to target
- Handle customer calls and enquiries daily according to defined target
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate stock data and deliveries
- Administer customer accounts and records
- Evaluate and improve CSAT scores
- Familiarity with SAP and understanding of the Order-To-Cash process
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in handling logistics enquiries from customers and 3rd party logistics suppliers
- Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
