About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, in a similar customer-facing position. They will be responsible for working closely with our customers to solve problems, create value, and build loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to connect effortlessly with clients and build lasting relationships. They will also have a deep understanding of the compliance industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with changing regulations.
