As our new Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and ensuring customer adoption and advocacy. You'll work closely with clients to solve problems, create value, and build lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, strong communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful connections with clients. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where autonomy, trust, and collaboration are core values.
