Sales Growth Position:

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Leader to drive growth in the Nordic region. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the area, making Superb the #1 platform for restaurants in your market.

You'll use a consultative sales approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. You'll partner with internal teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market, leverage Hubspot to manage all sales activities, and understand the competitive landscape to best position Superb.

Requirements:

  • +1 year experience in a closing sales role
  • Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the industry
  • Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian fluency required
  • You live in Copenhagen or nearby and are able to travel around for customer meetings
  • High energy and great at building relationships
  • A collaborative and team player mentality
