About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic account planning, proactive issue resolution, and collaborative relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues through effective communication and issue escalation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and adoption
  • Provide training and support to customers on SAP solutions and best practices
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consulting, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and German, with additional languages a plus
