Piezoelectric Materials Scientist for Silicon-Based CMOS Technology

The main focus of this position is on engineering and characterizing functional oxide thin films for high-efficiency piezoelectric materials.
We aim to develop new piezoelectric oxide thin films using controlled ionic defects and to improve their electromechanical energy conversion properties.
