The Role

As a Sales Manager at CVX Ventures, you will develop and implement your sales strategy, build out the lead marketing machine, drive sales, and continuously hit and exceed revenue targets. You will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a top-notch sales team once you have achieved certain sales targets. Additionally, you will actively participate in budget work, set goals for the organization, follow KPIs, and develop action plans to improve results. You will also lead end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment and represent CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.

What We Expect

  • 5+ years of experience ideally in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
  • A natural ability to sell
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
