About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sales Performance Specialist to join our team at Formalize. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities in the German market, primarily through outbound efforts. Your main objective will be to support revenue growth by identifying, contacting, and communicating with potential customers or partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts in the German market
  • Identify and contact potential customers or partners to organize client meetings
  • Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards potential customers, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services
  • Carefully design prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
