Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional, Growth Copenhagen

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship-building
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to achieve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes and expand market reach
- 8+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run complex sales processes
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Fluent in English
- Must live in the Copenhagen area
- Accelerators up to 30%
