About the Role

The Operations Team at Grohe AG is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supply chain management within the Nordic and Baltic region. As our ideal candidate, you will be the go-to person for supporting sales departments with order and product-related questions, ensuring seamless order entry into our ERP system, and coordinating special transportation when required.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales departments with order and product inquiries, delivering accurate and timely responses.
  • Enter orders accurately into our ERP system to maintain data integrity.
  • Follow up on critical orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and support customer projects and campaigns in collaboration with the sales and project teams.
  • Manage the backend of our web shop, ensuring smooth operations and user experience.
Supply Chain Responsibilities
  • Handle returns from customers to local and central warehouses, ensuring efficient logistics and processing.
  • Generate reports on availability, excess stock, obsolete stock, blocked orders, delayed orders, and other key metrics using our business applications.
  • Conduct regular checks on product availability and implement availability improvements to optimize our supply chain.
  • Initial transportation claims and coordinate special transportation when required both inside and outside the EU.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers on open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong interest in Supply Chain or Operational tasks and possibly studying one of these subjects. You should have:

  • Fluency in either Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish (preferably).
  • Fluent English language skills on a business level.
  • IT savvy with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A minimum of 2 years remaining of your studies.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • A 'Can Do' attitude and a 'One Team' thinking approach.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package including a fixed hourly wage and employee benefits such as a lunch scheme, fitness subsidy, and fun events throughout the year. Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
