Customer Experience Team Lead

At Zimmer Biomet, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and support between customers, sales teams, and our Customer Experience team in the Nordics and Global Supply Chain Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the Customer Experience team to achieve optimal results
- Develop and implement processes to optimize task management, planning, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication
- Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of customer needs
- Lead and maintain master data and E-business applications as a key user of the SAP system
- Monitor Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCAs) and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in both speech and writing
- Proficiency in any other Nordic language is a plus
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and SAP
- Good understanding of sales processes and production planning
- Excellent customer focus, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate teamwork and proactive communication
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent through professional experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Customer Experience
