At Zimmer Biomet, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and support between customers, sales teams, and our Customer Experience team in the Nordics and Global Supply Chain Center.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and motivate the Customer Experience team to achieve optimal results
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize task management, planning, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of customer needs
  • Lead and maintain master data and E-business applications as a key user of the SAP system
  • Monitor Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCAs) and ensure timely resolution


Requirements


  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in both speech and writing
  • Proficiency in any other Nordic language is a plus
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and SAP
  • Good understanding of sales processes and production planning
  • Excellent customer focus, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to facilitate teamwork and proactive communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent through professional experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Customer Experience
