About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our SCM department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer experience, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best-in-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments
  • Manage exceptions and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Regularly review and update SOPs/IOPs to ensure process efficiency
  • Built strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business needs
