About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our SCM department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer experience, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best-in-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a best-in-class customer service experience
- Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments
- Manage exceptions and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Regularly review and update SOPs/IOPs to ensure process efficiency
- Built strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business needs
