Dine opgaver:
  • Onboarde vores kunder på vores produkt i samspil med vores partnere.
  • Opbygge et videnscenter for onboarding og kundesucces.
  • Sætte vores løbende kundekontakt og produkt nyheder i proces.
  • Etablere og vedligeholde et effektivt feedback-loop mellem kunder og produktteamet for at sikre, at kundernes behov og udfordringer hurtigt bliver adresseret i produktudviklingen.
  • Med tiden, være med til at opbygge vores kundesucces område.
