International Sales Manager – IoT industry

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Scandinavia and selected international markets. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing business partnerships throughout your area of responsibility.



The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical and value-based B2B solution sales, preferably within the IT or IoT industry. You will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, be comfortable working with large and small companies, and possess excellent communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Further strengthen the relationship and maximize business opportunities with existing customers in Scandinavia and selected international markets
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships
  • Develop and prioritize a lead and sales pipeline
  • Execute on agreed sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate all activities in projects between customers and the Develco Products team, ensuring internal follow-through


The position reports to the VP, Head of Global Sales.



Requirements:


  • Tech-savvy with sales as a core competence and passion
  • Ability to open new doors and develop valuable relationships
  • Proactive with a strong drive and a positive attitude
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Structured and able to execute in a dynamic environment
  • Commercial or technical education with an advanced interest in IT/electronics products
  • Fluent in English and good command of Danish/other Scandinavian language, German is a plus
