Account Based Sales Representative

The New Business team (European market) is responsible for shaping the narrative of a company on the journey of changing the game in B2B sales. As a key player, you will be at the forefront and play a vital part in our continued success.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives by creating and converting new sales opportunities. You will focus on Account-based sales, which means identifying opportunities with laser-targeted accounts and working in a strategic, data-driven, and personalized approach to get a higher close rate.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle processes, handling self-generated deals, as well as converting marketing qualified leads.
- Continuously share insights and best practices with your colleagues.
- Assume an influential role within the new business sales organization as we ascend into the up-market, contributing to our strategic growth and success.
- Selling to early adopters and those adopting a digital sales room for the first time.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve clear goals (we use the OKR framework), fostering a culture of shared success and celebration.
