About the Role: As a Account Growth Manager at Salesforce, you will be responsible for developing and driving the overall long-term strategy for assigned accounts. You will coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs and perform account planning at assigned accounts.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to articulate how and why Salesforce solutions can help transform customers' businesses and exceed their goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive growth within assigned accounts.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
