Customer Success Manager

Vores vision i Vibrant er at skabe betalingsløsninger til virksomheder, hvor de kun har brug for én betalingsleverandør, som udover at levere betalingsløsninger også bidrager til virksomhedens vækst, udvikling og optimering. Vi konfigurerer vores kunders betalings-setup på tværs af fysiske, online og fakturabetalinger og sikrer en strømlinet proces fra betaling til færdig bogføring fuldt integreret i ERP-, kasse- eller økonomisystem.
Vi søger Customer Success Managers (CSM), som skal tage ansvar for succesfuld og grundig onboarding af vores kunder, samt sikre kontinuerlig opfølgning med kunderne.
Du vil referere til COO, Kåre Brøgger Sørensen og vil skulle bruge en stor del af din arbejdstid ude hos vores kunder rundt omkring i Danmark. Derfor er det et krav, at du har kørekort. Egen bil er ikke en nødvendighed, men en fordel. Når du ikke er hos vores kunder, vil du have din daglige gang på vores kontor i Aarhus.
Du bliver en succes i rollen, når vores kunder er tilfredse, bruger vores forskellige betalingsmetoder og -features til fulde, samt at du tænker optimering og mersalg ind i både onboarding og den kontinuerlige opfølgning og sikrer udnyttelse af det fulde potentiale hos hver enkelt kunde.
OpgaverOpgaverne i rollen dækker over, men er ikke begrænset til følgende:
- Planlægning af onboarding-forløb sammen med nye kunder
- Teknisk opsætning af vores løsninger hos kunderne
- Træning og uddannelse af brugere hos kunderne
- Opfølgning og tilpasning af vores løsninger i takt med udviklingen hos kunderne
- Kontinuerlig identifikation af opsalgs- og mersalgsmuligheder
På tværs af alle faserne er det afgørende, at du har fokus på at sikre mersalg og udvidelse af vores løsninger, således at kunderne får udnyttet løsningens fulde potentiale - og dermed får mest værdi i deres egen forretning.
Vi leder efter en person, der har flair for og trives med at arbejde med direkte kundekontakt dagen lang, som kan skabe glade og trygge kunder, og som har teknisk snilde og ikke er bange for at kaste sig ud på teknisk dybt vand, hvis tingene driller.
Vi forventer, at du har baggrund inden for kundeservice og customer success, hvor du har været vant til at agere i en kommercielt fokuseret verden, hvor der konstant tænkes i kundetilfredshed og kommercielle resultater.
Du er nok i starten af din karriere og har mod på at være flere dage om ugen ude hos vores kunder og sikre den bedste onboarding og træning. Din personlighed håber vi er karakteriseret ved, at du er udadvendt, men også lyttende og nysgerrig. Du er planlæggende, struktureret og sørger for at holde overblikket og roen, samtidig med at du ved, at der er specielle behov hos hver enkelt kunde, hvilket kræver fleksibilitet og tilpasning fra dig.
Derudover forventer vi, at du er dansktalende og kan begå dig forretningsmæssigt på engelsk i skrift og tale.
