Senior Commercial Operations Manager, Region Europe

3Shape A/S is a rapidly growing MedTech company with innovation at its core. We are seeking an experienced Principal, Capability Region Europe to join our global Headquarters in Copenhagen and drive impact in transforming the industry.
This position involves structuring, building, and executing one of the single biggest investments in 3Shape's history. The ideal candidate will propose and drive commercial improvement initiatives targeting end-users directly in Region Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe, EU Leadership Team, and key stakeholders in the global 3Shape Leadership Team.
- Direct involvement in the build-up and roll-out of one of the single largest commercial investments in 3Shape's history.
- Be the driver in building a new organizational setup focusing on providing direct end-user services and manage the roll-out in Region EU.
- Build performance insights that can help drive service level outcomes (customer-focused KPIs), internal effectiveness, and efficiency measures (internal KPIs).
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to get a deep understanding of the individual markets and identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Be responsible for driving insights based on customer and campaign data to enable local teams to focus solely on outreach to end-users.
- Identify and feedback local needs to HQ functions, including core workflows, systems, and processes to support implementation.
- Drive business case processes and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and/or conduct trainings on skills improvement, inbound sales, product & marketing topics.
- Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably as a management consultant, or in a commercial/regional setting in a multinational company.
- Commercially and strategically astute with a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, combined with solid business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven track record of driving commercial performance and achieving business goals by working in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in PowerBI is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
The estimated salary for this position is between €90,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, pension plan, and generous paid time off.
