">Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Sales Development Manager to join our team in Denmark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities globally and creating pre-requisites for increased sales of our SHM product offering.

- Expand our customer base globally by developing and maintaining customer interaction and contact to increase interest for SHM products and awareness of SHM value proposition for new customers.">
- Implement and manage SHM sales, including sales plans, budget, forecast, and sales targets, ensuring timely completion and achieving increased sales results.">
- Analyze competitors' market research and build an SHM business case on market offering and customer needs in collaboration with the SHM/CMS team.">
- Collect feedback to improve SHM products.">
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders at Sigicom to ensure tight teamwork.">
The Ideal Candidate:
">We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technical field, business management, or equivalent study area. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales, managing sales activities, and driving customer and market development in industries like offshore wind turbine, monitoring, or structural engineering is required.

- A strong technical skillset in the offshore wind turbine industry and understanding of business needs to provide customers with our product offerings.">
- A desire to reach sales targets and gain new customers in new markets with new products.">
- Previous experience working in international settings with diverse cultures, ways of working, and environments.">
- Strong communication skills to impact and influence potential new customers and markets.">
- Ability to travel for work.">
