Administrative Support Specialist for Senior Management

Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Munich. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including managing office supplies, collecting mail, and handling internal communication
- Administer purchases, supplier agreements, mobile subscriptions, company credit cards, and email groups
- Handle accounting of invoices and ensure timely payment
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including updating HRM systems
- Organize culture-building social activities and maintain a pleasant office environment
- Coordinate local recruitments and support payroll processing
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in office management or HR/Finance administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
