About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at DynamicWeb North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic partners, driving business growth, and expanding our presence in the North American market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 strategic partner accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategies to deepen partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our pre-sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and cultivate relationships with partners.
- Plan and execute on activities that drive partner engagement, such as tradeshows, events, and product launches.
- Work closely with our implementation partners to ensure successful onboarding and activation.
- Gain opportunities from our strategic partners and work with our sales team to move them through the sales process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics channel.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Dynamics 365.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
