Sales Partner Acquisition Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Partner Support: Serve as primary contact for assigned territory, providing general partner support and ensuring seamless communication between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new partners, working closely with distribution and channel teams to ensure successful integration into the sales ecosystem.
- Opportunity Pursuit: Execute strategies to pursue new opportunities with suitable channel partners, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Program Alignment: Assist partners in leveraging Jabra's channel programs/promotions, aligning with channel marketing functions to maximize impact and reach.
- Pipeline Management: Establish, maintain, and track pipeline to close, ensuring timely follow-up on partner quotes/deal registration and closing business within assigned territory.
- KPI Achievement: Achieve or exceed established target revenue, margin, and other KPIs, driving business success and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and practical relevant experience in sales.
- 3-5 years of partner development or inside sales experience.
- Experience in a distribution sales environment.
- Able to cold call, qualify leads, and follow up to build new business and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Knowledge of the indirect sales cycle.
- Strong work ethic and successful experience managing multiple accounts.
- Able to create workload through proactive sales activities and mindset.
- Capable of successfully implementing and managing the sales cycle within established client base.
- Able to work independently.
- Results-oriented, self-starter, energetic, and determined to succeed, entrepreneurial individual prioritizing their territory and departmental goals and objectives.
- Friendly team player with a creative approach to finding solutions.
- Able to determine the effectiveness of an approach and make necessary adjustments for maximum results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
