The Revenue Operations team at Chainalysis drives growth by removing barriers, enabling progress, and establishing frameworks for revenue excellence.

In your first year as Strategic Operations Partner for EMEA, you will:

  • Collaborate with EMEA revenue leaders to develop strategies that drive business success.
  • Establish structured management frameworks to optimize performance.
  • Foster adoption of system enhancements across revenue and operations teams.
  • Coach revenue partners on standard approaches, discount methodologies, and sales policies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning with global operations to establish and manage operating plans, including sales pipeline reviews, forecasts, and business reviews.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform business decisions in EMEA.
  • Strategizing with revenue leaders to execute initiatives that enhance sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Supporting cross-functional initiatives within Revenue Operations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in sales, strategy, and operations within a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, CPQ, and related third-party applications.
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels.
  • A focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Microsoft Office and GSuite proficiency.
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet/software company is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
