Key priorities in your first year include:

  • Defining and developing a strategic plan to drive business growth.
  • Establishing a structured and disciplined management framework.
  • Increasing adoption of system and process enhancements.
  • Cooking revenue partners on standard go-to-market approaches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Aligning with global operations to establish and manage the operating plan.
  • Collaborating on metrics, reports, and analyses to drive business decisions.
  • Executing initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency.
  • Supporting initiatives across Revenue Operations.

Qualifications include:

  • Proven sales, strategy, and operations experience in a SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, CPQ, and related applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on doing what's right for the business.
