Regional Strategic Partner Director of Enterprise Software Solutions

At IFS, we're looking for a skilled Regional Strategic Partner Director to join our team in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion through our partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with IFS's business objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective partner engagement and management strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion through partner ecosystems.
- Strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
