We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Transformation Advisor to work closely with our clients and help them drive growth through commercial excellence.

The Commercial Excellence Consultant will play a key role in helping our clients identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify client challenges and elements for optimization
  • Develop roadmaps for improvement and strategize the direction of the client's growth journey
  • Advise on value-adding solutions from a commercial viewpoint to CXOs and other executives
  • Design scalable commercial solutions and ensure correct implementation
  • Manage change and adoption activities during project implementation
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, International Business, or similar field
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and work well both independently and in groups
  • Curious, ambitious, and passionate about work
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing, sales, or service operations is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including oral and written communication
