Job Title: Sales Manager and BDM, Video

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager and Business Development Manager for Video will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to achieve Jabra's financial targets for video in Japan. This role will work closely with the Sales Team leader and other departments to ensure the successful execution of the plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for video solutions in Japan
  • Achieve the Japan sales budget for video and contribute to the APAC and Global video sales target
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to support Sales, Marketing, and Alliance teams on Jabra Video solutions
  • Lead salespeople as the 'Video professional' in driving use cases by visiting Distributors, Partners, and Customers
  • Support at events, trade shows, and webinars with specific input on Jabra's Video solutions
  • Help each salesperson to develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities in CRM and review these opportunities daily
  • Participate in the Jabra sales forecast process and have specific knowledge of all significant sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • A strong background and current experience in sales of IT, Peripherals to enterprise
  • Preferably in audio video (AV) solutions and/or video conferencing
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics
  • A degree level or equivalent qualification
  • Business English communication skills
