Job Overview

Sophie Bille Brahe ApS is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our Private Sales team. This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet private clients in our boutique, offering them a unique and personalized experience.
  • Provide impeccable customer service across all touch points, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a dedicated and curated service.
  • Maintain the boutique's standards, ensuring it is always ready for clients and meets our high expectations.
  • Travel to meet and host private clients in select cities around the world.
Requirements
  • Availability to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and occasional planned Sundays.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in English and Danish.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a focus on follow-through.
  • Experience within sales, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury.
  • Able to prioritize workload and maintain focus.
  • Solution-oriented, committed, and structured.
  • A flexible and positive team player, ready to help where and when needed.
