Business Development Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Splunk Inc., a leading provider of unified security and observability platforms, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join its fast-growing team in Denmark. With a strong track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently deliver daring license, support and service revenue goals – dedication to the number and to targets.
- Top Enterprise Account penetration, account planning and opportunity management always focusing on Customer Value and solving business pains.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and return on investment.
- Knowledge of working with Partners is a huge advantage.
- 8+ years direct Enterprise Account Manager selling experience in to Enterprise accounts.
- Ability to grow and scale upward with the company; first line management experience a plus.
- Very comfortable in the "C" suite with a track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals.
- Experience with Value Based Selling techniques and MEDDPICC, dedicated to solving business pains (Pain Chain selling).
- Customer Centric, creative and a positive approach.
- Strong executive presence and polish.
- Forecasting commitments and forecasting accuracy.
- Outstanding management, interpersonal, written and presentation skills.

Compensation:The estimated salary range for this role is DKK 1,308,000.00 - 1,798,500.00 per year. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards. Benefits are an important part of our Total Rewards package, which includes a comprehensive benefits plan and opportunities for professional growth and development.
