About the Role

Synthesia is a pioneer in business communications, revolutionising the way organisations engage with their audience. We're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our EMEA Global Accounts team.

You will be responsible for driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through landing and expanding our highest-value customers in France. This requires a deep understanding of strategic organisations and their communication needs.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in outbound prospecting and product demonstrations. You should also be able to identify client pain points and develop unique value propositions focused on delivering ROI.

We're looking for someone with strong business acumen, who can build business value and champions across complex, global organisations. Experience with video SaaS and AI is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive ARR growth through strategic account management
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand existing relationships
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deliver quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of landing and expanding high-value logos
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, with the ability to conduct product demonstrations
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to build business value and champions
  • Fluency in French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
