Join Our Team as a Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our team in the launch of a new loyalty program across 30+ markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team in implementing and optimizing impactful loyalty programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Pursue and expand the loyalty program and scope
  • Develop project scopes, plans, and budgets
  • Develop and enlarge the team in forthcoming stages
  • Produce high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings
  • Proactively mitigate obstacles
  • Oversee and manage projects, ensuring progress across different departments, managing risk, and delivering results on time, on budget, and with high quality
