We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our team in implementing and optimizing impactful loyalty programs for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, pursuing and expanding loyalty programs, and developing project scopes, plans, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Pursue and expand loyalty programs and scope
- Develop project scopes, plans, and budgets
- Develop and enlarge the team in forthcoming stages
- Produce high-quality presentations for internal and client meetings
- Proactively ensure that obstacles are mitigated
- Oversee and manage projects, including securing progress across different departments, managing risk, and ensuring deliverables on time, on budget, and with high quality
