Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in life sciences to manage our territory in the Nordic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and promoting our product portfolio.

Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including senior scientists, researchers, and procurement managers
  • Provide expert product knowledge, demonstrations, and training to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and technical support, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive
  • Travel frequently within the Nordic region to visit customers, attend industry events, and represent BioLegend at conferences and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related field, or M.Sc. in Biology or related field with 3+ years' experience in an academic, industry, or clinical lab setting
  • Direct experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry and cellular assays (in-vitro or primary cell)
  • Molecular biology wet lab experience, including Western blotting, PCR, ELISA, and ELISpot
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
  • Fluency in English and minimum one Scandinavian language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Conventional and spectral flow cytometry expertise
  • Experience in proteogenomics/NGS and research in Cell Biology, Immunology, or Cancer Biology
  • Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Nordic region
