Wholesale Business Development Manager for European Markets

At GUBI, we're seeking a skilled Sales Manager, Wholesale Europe and MEA to drive our wholesale strategy across key markets.
About the Position:This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with our defined group of European wholesale partners. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a central role in driving GUBI's physical and digital presence across these partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful partner growth through annual commercial plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners to track progress on sales targets and marketing campaigns.
- Provide daily communication and support to local partners to ensure alignment on operational and strategic goals.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Wholesale Key Account Management, preferably within the design or furniture industry.
- In-depth understanding of retail business mechanisms and proven experience supporting and growing physical retail.
- Digitally savvy with direct experience in building, managing, and selling through branded e-commerce platforms and third-party channels is a plus.
GUBI offers a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a focus on fostering positive and productive relationships. You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and self-motivation capabilities.
