As a key player in our Sales team, you will thrive in an international environment working on some of the world's best-loved brands. This exciting opportunity is based in our Copenhagen Office, where you will manage a set of categories with one of the big retailers in Denmark.

The Role:

You will play a crucial role in developing our joint business with retailers, creating category and brand plans that delight shoppers in-store and online. To achieve this, you will build collaborative working relationships and deep business understanding. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own business from day one, creating, analyzing, and implementing joint business plans with key customers to identify new opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Influencing your customer to optimize the way our categories and brands are represented in physical and online stores.
  • Planning promotions and other activities to drive profitable sales growth for your accounts and for us.
  • Investing trade funds strategically to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Building and leveraging extensive knowledge of market, retailer, shopper, and consumer behaviour to design and deliver breakthrough category plans.
  • Launching new products and commercial innovation in your accounts in partnership with our Brand Teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or in a sales-related field.
  • A graduate from any discipline with a minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and analytical capability.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, fluent in both Danish and English.
  • A valid driver's license for Denmark.
  • A passion for winning.
