We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Named Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales Team in the Nordics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and accelerating customer success in Denmark.

Your Impact:

  1. You will develop and execute a business plan that identifies and acquires new customers, accelerates existing customer success, and exceeds quarterly/annual usage and booking goals.
  2. You will lead a diverse team of big data and AI professionals to implement your business plan and drive successful adoption of our Data Intelligence Platform.
  3. You will support the broader big data and AI transformation goals of our customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and targeted Executive engagement.

What We Look For:

  1. Experience in technical or software direct sales, or Databricks knowledge.
  2. Longevity with previous employers.
  3. Quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.
  4. Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and co-selling with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams.
  5. Methods for co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
  6. Familiarity with sales methodologies and process.
  7. Experience developing partnerships with 'champions' and client teams to support execution of your territory plan.
  8. Experience developing a clear partner strategy and implementing it to achieve success.
  9. Understanding of consumption-based, land and expand sales models.
  10. Understanding of how to identify important use cases and buying centers to increase the impact of Databricks for clients.
  11. Fluency in English is required, fluency in Swedish or Danish is desired.
