Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Paid Media & Performance team on a parental leave cover basis. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by driving e-commerce growth through Amazon Advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Execute Amazon Advertising campaigns for various EMEA markets to drive strong ROAS and business KPIs.
- Manage day-to-day optimizations, pacing, and forecasting media spends and KPIs against goals.
- Build key metric reports, tracking progress and trends, and effectively communicating campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- Create, test, and measure audience & creative performance for improved outcomes.
- Manage keyword research, bid & budget management, and continual campaign optimization.
- Manage external and internal partners and effectively collaborate with them.
- Assist with campaign management on Google and Meta platforms as required.
- Demonstrable experience in a hands-on Amazon advertising role, including Sponsored Ads and DSP.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Preferably experience with other digital media platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
