We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Danpo A/S. This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex projects, manage diverse teams, and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project proposals to determine feasibility, timeframes, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reports.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Benchmark project management performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, Scrum Master Certification, or Prince2.

Location

This position is based in Shercock, Co. Cavan, or Bracetown Business Park, Clonee, Co. Meath. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a competitive salary package.

Salary Estimate

We offer a salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
