Bid Management Director, Defence

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing bid team and shape the future of our Defence business. We are seeking a seasoned international leader to drive growth, execute bids, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure winning bids.

As a key member of our Defence Sales management team, you will report directly to our GSVP for Defence Sales. You will lead the global Defence bid team, ensuring it scales to meet future business needs, take ownership of the bid process, manage stakeholders, and drive winning strategies.

  • Lead and expand the global Defence bid team to handle large-scale bids across global markets.
  • Take full ownership of the bid process, setting direction, managing risks, and ensuring governance compliance.
  • Collaborate with Defence Sales, delivery, legal, and finance for seamless bid execution.

You are expected to travel 30-50 working days per year to our international offices around the world.
