About the Position

We are looking for a Business Growth Catalyst to join our team. As a key member of our Outreach Team, you will be responsible for building relationships and booking meetings with international companies through proactive sales activities.

Your primary task will be to engage with high-quality prospects and determine if there is a potential match by understanding their needs. You will also be expected to participate in relevant sales meetings and develop your skills to influence the development of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting international leads primarily through outbound phone activities
  • Engaging with high-quality prospects and determining if there is a potential match by understanding their needs
  • Booking the initial sales meeting for our sales team
  • Participating in relevant sales meetings
  • Building relationships with potential customers through outbound activities primarily calls
  • Developing your skills and influencing the development of the sales process

Requirements:

  • You are independent and strong-willed but love to work in a team
  • You are positive and don't let small obstacles get in your way
  • You have previous experience with Sales ideally from phone-based selling
  • You take responsibility in general and for your own pipeline and ensure that all deadlines are being met
  • You have an ability to easily enter into dialogue with other people
  • You want to develop and improve your dialogue through collaboration and coaching. You want to be the best at your job
  • You are able to communicate fluently in German and English both written and verbally
  • You must enjoy selling based on outbound activities and strive to be the best in the team exceed your goals and positively contribute to the team's overall goals
