Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Global Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth outside of Scandinavia while maintaining market share in the region. As VP, Global Sales, you will be responsible for setting the framework for global sales, communicating a clear direction, and establishing channel and market strategies for our eight brands. You will also lead a team of approximately 30 employees and manage sales offices in Norway, Sweden, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for setting the framework for global sales
* Communicate and set a clear direction and create followership
* Establish and execute channel & market strategy for RDG's eight brands
* Lead the team and ensure that competencies and motivation are continuously developed and adapted to create future-proofing
* In close cooperation with key account managers, establish business plans with major customers and ensure a more strategic, long-term, modern, and digital approach to sales
* Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills, leading as a culture bearer, and driving the change project
* Ensure fruitful collaboration with key stakeholders in planning, finance, marketing, and customer service
* Build relationships with largest customers and participate in major customer events, trade fairs, etc.

Requirements
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience in both leading employees and managing managers and the ability to motivate and drive changes
* Great business understanding and understanding of coherence in KPIs as well as their weighting and significance, natural use of facts and figures in daily management
* Experienced with GTM strategies and subsequent execution and have a solid background and experience from both wholesale and retail, and an understanding of the importance and requirements of omnichannel
* Fluency in English and international work experience
