About the Job

As a Defense Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth on our Self-Protection Systems portfolio. This role involves leading business development efforts, managing key accounts, and shaping winning strategies in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will execute our Self-Protection Systems efforts to conceive, develop, pursue, and capture programs in the application areas of aircraft self-protection and airborne 3D audio systems. You will work as a key part of a global team to identify, qualify, and position for new and existing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading business development, key account management, and win strategy activities; accountable for meeting defined individual and organizational sales and revenue objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategically important key account relationships.
  • Developing campaign capture plan objectives, strategies, and tactics in conjunction with quantifying and qualifying opportunities.
