About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Rewards Strategist to join our Global Office team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing compensation and rewards strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective deployment of compensation and rewards programs across the organization.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform compensation and rewards decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new compensation and rewards initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and rewards, preferably in a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and Mercer methodology is a plus.
