Job Responsibilities

In Global Rewards, we are responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all strategic elements related to rewards across our organization. We are also responsible for ensuring smooth process execution of key global reward processes. As such, our scope spans from reward design principles to process and project execution, and we are currently working on updating our job architecture to ensure the right and strong foundation for our reward offerings end-to-end.

You have a master's degree and 5+ years of experience working in Rewards in a multinational company, and you are strong at stakeholder relations in a global context. You have a strong analytical mindset, an ability to comprehend complex data sets, and you can convert data into findings and recommendations that are easy to understand for our stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

You are strong in Excel and PowerPoint and you know how to balance high quality with timely deliveries. You are ambitious and always strive for great results together with your colleagues in the broader HR community. As a person, you are outgoing, convincing, and trustworthy with a natural self-confidence and authority. We expect that you are structured and pay attention to detail. Confidentiality is a natural way of how you work, handling sensitive data in a confidential manner. You speak, write, and read English fluently.

Coloplast Culture

Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfill their potential, and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences.
