About the RoleAs a Net Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and profitability across our European markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing holistic plans that drive a sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using the outputs from Net Revenue Management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with local and global senior stakeholders to develop and execute plans that drive commercial growth and profitability.
- Support markets in their change journey towards a more digitally led future around data and analytics.
- Drive your own initiatives from idea to execution.
- Train the Arla commercial teams in Net Revenue Management philosophies, tools, analysis, and executional tactics.
- Continuously develop and improve existing Net Revenue Management methodology with local teams.
We're looking for a highly numerate individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. You should have a minimum of five years of experience from a commercial role in an FMCG company, with P&L knowledge and knowledge of pricing disciplines and tools. Strong IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel, are also essential.
