The Role

As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support client teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Assist in the delivery of client engagements, including project management and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and develop tailored solutions.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Global Sales and Partnerships Professional to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and helping to build our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be to identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team, collaborating closely with outbound sales representatives and field sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads to assess their potential for sales opportunities and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage all inbound leads to ensure they are properly qualified for the sales team and aligned with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support various demand generation campaigns and develop targeted lead nurturing strategies.
  • Drive attendance and participation in company events and regional trade shows to foster relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand and articulate how our technology solutions address customer challenges and pain points.
  • Research target accounts to support prospecting activities, including building contact lists and account mappings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information within our CRM system to support the sales process and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize our technology to manage and track marketing leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
