About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our Outreach Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with international companies through proactive sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting international leads through outbound phone activities
  • Engaging with high-quality prospects and determining if there is a potential match by understanding their needs
  • Booking the initial sales meeting for our sales team
  • Participating in relevant sales meetings
  • Building relationships with potential customers through outbound activities, primarily calls

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
  • Previous experience with sales, ideally from phone-based selling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to sales and a strong drive to succeed
