We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Representative Specialist to join our high-performing sales team at PriceShape. As a key member of our Outreach Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with international companies and booking meetings through proactive sales activities.

As a native Dutch-speaking candidate, you will engage with potential customers from the Benelux region and other international markets, communicating professionally in English. You will also contribute to the development of our sales process and report directly to our Head of Outreach.

  • Contact international leads primarily through outbound phone activities.
  • Engage with high-quality prospects and determine if there is a potential match by understanding their needs.
  • Book initial sales meetings for our sales team.
  • Participate in relevant sales meetings.
  • Build relationships with potential customers through outbound activities, primarily calls.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong ability to work independently while being part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse groups of people.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably from phone-based selling.
  • The ability to take responsibility for your pipeline and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
