Aenu VC, a fast-growing start-up at the cutting edge of AI and sustainability, is seeking an experienced Head of Growth to empower our sales team, kickstart our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, and launch our next stage of growth.
We're responsible for making every purchase in the world more sustainable. Our innovative ai-powered due diligence engine automates supplier ESG analysis, providing valuable insights to help companies build better supply chains.
This role is highly execution-focused, requiring a strategic leader who can collaborate closely with our founder and CEO on strategy, analytics, and leadership.
- Develop and execute PLG strategies, including copy, conversion mechanisms, ads, thought leadership, SEO, creative media, conferences, and sales support.
- Analyze results, measuring return on investment (ROI) and demonstrating meetings booked into the sales pipeline and potential customer conversions.
This opportunity requires a magician who can drive growth through multiple channels while collaborating with a small team, including an intern or student, and potentially a demand gen specialist and growth-focused engineer.
