Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Technical Services Analyst II-2. As a member of the Global Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing operational and technical support to customers, analyzing complex issues, and implementing process improvements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via approved channels
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal partners to implement new products and technologies
  • Implement process improvements to enhance customer service delivery
  • Work on shift rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage
